Introduction
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the website, services, and bike repair facilities provided by Hyderabad Mechanic ('we', 'us', 'our'). By booking a service, dropping off your vehicle, or using this website you agree to these Terms.
Services we provide
We offer repair, servicing, inspection, pickup & drop, and related workshop services for two-wheelers. The exact scope of work for each job is defined in the written quote you approve before work begins.
Estimates, quotes & approvals
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the initial inspection. Final pricing may vary if hidden issues are discovered once work begins. In such cases we will contact you for explicit approval before proceeding with any additional repair or part replacement.
Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle (or have the owner's permission to authorise work). You agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information, remove personal valuables before drop-off, and collect your vehicle within 7 days of repair completion.
Pickup, drop & storage
Free pickup and drop is offered within Hyderabad city limits, subject to mechanic availability. Vehicles left uncollected for more than 30 days after the repair is complete may attract a storage fee of ₹100 per day.
Payments
Payment is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards. We do not release the vehicle until the bill is fully settled.
Parts & workmanship
We use parts sourced from reputable suppliers and selected for the specific repair. Manufacturer warranties on parts, where applicable, are passed through to the customer. Workmanship issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can inspect and resolve them.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for pre-existing faults outside the scope of work approved by you, for normal wear and tear, for issues caused by accidents, misuse or third-party tampering after delivery, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the vehicle.
Vehicle condition & valuables
While in our workshop your vehicle is handled with reasonable care. We are not responsible for personal items, accessories, or modifications left on the vehicle that are not declared at drop-off.
Cancellations & no-shows
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at any time before work begins. Pickup requests cancelled after the vehicle has been collected may attract a nominal transport fee.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to compromise its security, scrape its content, or submit false information through any form on it. We reserve the right to refuse service or block access for abuse.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including logos, copy, images and design — is owned by Hyderabad Mechanic and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
